Don was “on time” for appointments. He had all the necessary paper work prepared and organized to make our first meeting go smoothly. He answered all my questions and within a couple of hours emailed me my signed copies of everything. Best of all, that same evening he flooded the market with my homes listing and by 9am the following morning we had 5 showing scheduled for that very day. His office sends texts so that you have a very clear idea of what is going on: times the property will be shown, the showing agent and their company name. Then within an hour, I received follow up comments from the prospective buyers. This my not happen all the time, but for this property - I had an acceptable offer and signed contract 24 hours from the time I met Don Shurts.
