When working with buyers, part of my joy as a Realtor is finding the right home for my clients. In a tight market with low inventory, this can be a challenge. Last spring, I worked with a couple who were interested in moving to Springboro, Ohio. He had just taken a new engineering job, she worked remotely, and her parents live in Springboro making it their target location. They were particularly interested in a planned community with amenities, like Settlers Walk. Unfortunately, we were not able to find an existing home in the price point and condition with the features that they desired.

So, with their budget in mind, I took them to the Fischer Homes model at The Springs at Settlers Walk, which is located off Yankee Street, just inside of the Springboro line. My clients fell in love with the quality of the construction and the community itself, which connects with the older Settlers Walk neighborhood and offers walking trails, 2 pools, and clubhouse with fitness room. After meeting with the Fischer Homes sales representative and walking the lots available, my clients chose to build a new home. They settled on the Grandin floorplan which features a 2 story great room with a beautiful wall of windows, open kitchen with breakfast bar/island and large breakfast nook, first-floor study, and they chose to add a first-floor bedroom and full bath for guests. It is a spectacular home and Fischer delivered a quality product.
