The dream started more than 20 years ago when Brittini and Casey Long first met on a sand volleyball court. Now, they’re bringing their passion to life with a premier recreational facility featuring:

Phase 1 launches summer 2025, and the Longs aren’t stopping there. Future expansions (Phase 2 and 3) will include indoor pickleball courts, a cornhole or ping pong room, and an outdoor food court perfect for local food trucks, live music, and special events.

Why Pickleball AND Volleyball?

Pickleball is one of the fastest-growing sports in the country, with over 4.8 million players nationwide, and now, the Xenia and surrounding area will finally have a top-tier facility dedicated to it. The Longs originally focused on volleyball but pivoted after hearing story after story from locals struggling to find a place to play pickleball.

“We’ve heard the challenges of trying to get on a court,” says Brittini. “We just want to create a safe space closer to home and build something that brings people together.”

About the Owners – Local, Passionate, and Rooted in Community

Brittini and Casey Long aren’t developers — they’re neighbors who believe in the power of community. Brittini, a Fairmont High School graduate and longtime public servant, and Casey, a West Carrollton grad and paving professional, have invested over $750,000 into bringing this dream to life.

Their mission is simple: create a place where people can gather, be active, and find connection again.

“When I can stand back in a corner and see dozens of people laughing, smiling, and enjoying themselves, I’m going to know that we did what we were aiming to do,” Brittini said.
