Cody Clements Brings National Recognition to Dayton Christian School with His Award-Winning Painting
Big news from Dayton Christian School! Senior Cody Clements has earned the highest national honor in student art by winning a National Gold Medal in the prestigious Scholastic Art & Writing Awards. Cody’s painting, titled “My Brain is a Crowded House,” was selected from more than 310,000 original works of art submitted by students across the United States. The Alliance for Young Artists & Writers awarded Cody this top distinction, which is considered the most prestigious recognition available to high school artists. His artwork will soon be showcased nationally in the 2025 Scholastic Art & Writing Online Gallery.
