The attractive neighborhood of Canterbury Trails is located around the Beavercreek Golf Club, which is a beautiful and challenging 18 hole public course. The setting is gorgeous with woods and streams. Canterbury Trails started off as a Home-a-Rama community in the 1990's with custom homes built across from the golf course on the north side of New Germany Trebein Road, some with fairway and green views.
On the south side of New Germany Trebein is the Woodlands at Canterbury Trails, which is a community of homes built. These houses have either golf course views or wooded views and the neighborhood has great community spirit.
Students in either neighborhood would attend Main Elementary, Coy Middle School, and Beavercreek High School in the award-winning Beavercreek City Schools district.
With the golf course views and wooded lots, living here makes you feel like you are away from it all but you are just several minutes from the Mall at Fairfield Commons, restaurants, and entertainment. It is also a short 5-minute drive to Wright State University and I-675 and less than 10 minutes away from areas of Wright Patterson Air Force Base. There are a few lots remaining in Canterbury Trails with homes to be built if you desire to build a new home here, some with golf course views. This neighborhood is in an excellent location for an easy commute to anywhere in the city.
