Located on the west side of Greene County, Beavercreek Ohio is the largest city in the county. Wright Patterson Air Force Base borders the city on the north and Bellbrook and Sugarcreek Township on the south. Beavercreek Church of the Nazarene is located on
Fairfield Road and is very active in the community. The church building also host many community groups and meetings. |
The Cinema De Lux 14 is a beautiful movie theatre
showing the latest block buster movies. You can have
dinner at the Greene Towne Center and walk across the street to see a movie. |
Physical fitness in the Valley is important to many.
The Beavercreek area has several state of the art
fitness centers. The newest is Gold's Gym. |
Beautiful executive homes are available on the
golf course at Country Club of the North. |
St. Luke is a large Catholic Church in Beavercreek that
also has an elementary school by the same name. |
One of the largest churches in the
Beavercreeak area is The Vineyard,
located on Indian Ripple Road. |
The Beavercreek area has many local business parks
that house many buinsesses that support
Wright Patterson Air Force Base and the aerospace industry. |

Wright State University is one of the great state universities
in the area. Others colleges and universities in the area
are the University of Dayton, Wilberforce University,
Cedarville University, and Sinclair Community College. |

housing options for senior citizens in the area. |
Beavercreek is home to many wonderful restaurants
from fast food to wonderful steak and seafood houses, including Brio Tuscan Grille at the Greene. |

is Logan's Roadhouse Grill, located across
from the Fairfield Commons Mall. |
Golf is a popular pastime in the MiamiValley with dozens
of golf course throughout the area. Beavercreek has
two first class golf courses...Beavercreek Golf Course (public)
and Country Club of the North (private). |
As one of the largest indoor shopping malls in Dayton, Ohio
area, the Fairfield Commons provides two levels of
shopping from Macy's Department Store to
Dicks Sporting Goods and everything in between. |

Buyers walk into your home in your area and fall in love with it. There is one problem--they will have to sell their home before they can buy yours. Their offer contains a contingency clause which makes the purchase dependent upon selling their present home. Should you accept such an offer?
Your decision should be based on several factors. Is their home being professionally marketed at this time, or are they trying to sell it themselves (a risky proposition!)? How long has it been on the market? Is it overpriced? If the house doesn't sell, can the buyers take out a bridge loan or make other arrangements to get to the closing table? How important is timing for you? Will the buyers agree to let you continue marketing your home and accept a non-contingent contract (and void theirs) if their house does not sell? Contingent contracts often work out well, but you need the help of a professional to weigh the pros and cons.
