During her twenty year medical career as a laboratory professional, Cyndi specialized in the areas of microbiology and virology at several hospitals in the Miami Valley, Columbus, Ohio and Kansas City. Cyndi earned her Ohio real estate license in 2005 and began her realty career at Real Living Real Estate Services. The Shurts family lived in Dayton proper the first several years of their married life.  Then spent 16 years raising their children in Beavercreek, Ohio.  They currently live in Yellow Springs with their sons, 2 collies, 5 goats, 2 horses, 12 koi and their yorkie named "Abby."
