Dayton, Ohio Local Information 

One of the great things about living in the Greater Dayton area is commute times of less than 30 minutes from most parts of the area.  Here on our website you can find access to all Dayton Ohio real estate through our Multiple Listing Service (MLS).  Dayton properties can be located within the city limits or other communities since all Miami Valley homes are considered in “Dayton” by the US postal service.  We would be happy to give you a tour of Dayton luxury homes or starter homes in the area.  This is a wonderful way to introduce you to the city of Dayton as well as each of the suburbs.  

Located north of the city and surrounding the I-70 & I-75 corridor is the city of Huber Heights. Very convenient to the highways and military base, Huber Heights real estate is varied and affordable. You will find three-bedroom, brick homes for sale in Huber Heights and well as four-bedroom two-story homes.

Another community just off the highway system is Vandalia, Ohio, which is the home of the Dayton Internation Airport and the famous Dayton Air Show.  Vandalia real estate has affordable starter homes and beautiful luxury homes and everything in between.

Beavercreek also offers many new construction communities, including two great golf course communities, Country Club of the North and the Beavercreek Golf Course. Recreational opportunities await you and your family in Beavercreek. Home to Wright Patterson AFB, Fairborn Ohio is obviously the closest community to the base. Homes for sale in Fairborn are generally a bit more affordable than homes for sale in Beavercreek. 

Springboro Ohio Information

Springboro is located on the I-75 corridor providing convenient commute times for those working in Cincinnati and Dayton.
